My mission is to provide you with the education and tools needed so you can eat with confidence, knowing all health and wellness goals can be achieved through nutrition. We'll work on making realistic, sustainable changes, that empower you to have a healthy relationship with your body while feeling more confident than ever before.

A new weekly meal plan PROGRAM will start every Monday.

By program, I mean customized weekly meal plans, and they can be found in the PROGRAM tab in your My PT Hub app.


  • Please keep in mind that this is a progressive program but progression happens from adherence. As we achieve results, we adjust targets accordingly to continue your progress.


  • The closer you follow the plan and trust the process, the better your results will be!


  • I do my best to build all the plans to be family friendly most of the time. The amounts given are for your specifically, so if feeding others the same meals, you'll need to adjust accordingly when shopping.


  • You will use the NUTRITION tab to track and log your foods.

Each weekly PROGRAM is made up of 3 full day meal plans. I assign one plan to be used two days in a row to make meal prep easier. However, you can rotate the plans as you wish as they are built specifically for you and your goals.


  • The weekly program runs Monday to Saturday. Sunday is a day I call “MAKE SMART CHOICES DAY.” Your goal is to hit your CALORIE goal and your PROTEIN goal and the rest of it is a freebie! Don’t want the flexibility? Use one of the plans from the week on Sunday.


  • I build new plans every Friday and assign them to you by Saturday morning. You do not need to contact me for updates such as swapping one vegetable for another, one protein for another protein, or for a starch swap as long as your serving size is the same.


  • You will need to contact me if you won’t be able to prepare what I’ve planned due to travel or other occasional commitments and you need help with planning other meals that week.
