My mission is to provide you with the education and tools needed so you can eat with confidence, knowing all health and wellness goals can be achieved through nutrition. We'll work on making realistic, sustainable changes, that empower you to have a healthy relationship with your body while feeling more confident than ever before.

A new weekly meal plan PROGRAM will start every Monday.
By program, I mean customized weekly meal plans, and they can be found in the PROGRAM tab in your My PT Hub app.
Each weekly PROGRAM is made up of 3 full day meal plans. I assign one plan to be used two days in a row to make meal prep easier. However, you can rotate the plans as you wish as they are built specifically for you and your goals.
